Geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkelerde oldu\u011fu gibi \u00fclkemizde de motosikletin \u00e7ok kullan\u0131m\u0131nda manevra ve park etmesi kolay, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyeti, yak\u0131t\u0131n\u0131n tasarruflu olmas\u0131 ve Brezilya\u2019da oldu\u011fu gibi tele-teslimatta pazar olu\u015fturmas\u0131d\u0131r. Daha say\u0131labilecek pek \u00e7ok avantajlar\u0131yla motosiklet, d\u00fcnyada ve \u00fclkemizde say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bu sosyal realite ile trafikte de adeta bir k\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm olu\u015fturan motosiklet ile kazalar\u0131ndan k\u0131saca s\u00f6z edelim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motosiklet kazalar\u0131, trafik kazalar\u0131 gibi bireysel bir olay de\u011fildir. S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcyle birlikte ma\u011fduru ve iki taraf\u0131n sosyal \u00e7evresini etkiledi\u011finden, motosikletle birlikte var olan, var olmaya da devam edecek olan motosiklet kazalar\u0131, bireysel olay olmay\u0131 a\u015f\u0131p toplumsal bir olgu halini al\u0131r. Bu nedenle motosiklet kazalar\u0131 toplumbilim bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131, y\u00f6ntem ve teknikleriyle incelenebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131tlarla motosiklet de\u011fi\u015fkenleri aras\u0131nda \u00e7oklu do\u011frusall\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, motosiklet kazalar\u0131 ayr\u0131 \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirilmeli, \u00f6nlemler de ona g\u00f6re al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, otomobil veya a\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131ta ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131 \u015ferit i\u015faretlemesine motosikletlerden daha fazla uyar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konuyu sistematik \u015fekilde ortaya koymam\u0131z i\u00e7in \u00f6nce, motosikletten ne anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 k\u0131saca belirtelim. <strong>Motosiklet<\/strong> denilince herkesin akl\u0131na gelen, bir ula\u015f\u0131m arac\u0131ndan \u00e7ok; <em>heyecan, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hissi verdi\u011fi i\u00e7in e\u011flendiren,<\/em> <em>daha bir\u00e7ok tercih nedeni sunan<\/em> bir hobi arac\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>Karayolu Trafik Yasas\u0131nda <\/strong>tan\u0131mlanan <strong>motosiklet<\/strong>, <em>Azami tasar\u0131m h\u0131z\u0131 45 km\/saatten ve\/veya silindir kapasitesi 50 santimetrek\u00fcpten fazla olan, sepetli veya sepetsiz iki veya \u00fc\u00e7 tekerlekli motorlu ta\u015f\u0131tlar ve net motor g\u00fcc\u00fc 15 kilovat\u0131, net a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 400 kilogram\u0131, y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lanlar i\u00e7in ise net a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 550 kilogram\u0131 a\u015fmayan d\u00f6rt tekerlekli motorlu ta\u015f\u0131tlard\u0131r. Elektrik ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n net a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131nda batarya a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nmaz. Bunlardan karoseri y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131yabilecek \u015fekilde sand\u0131kl\u0131 veya \u00f6zel bi\u00e7imde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan ve yolcu ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmayan \u00fc\u00e7 tekerlekli motosikletlere y\u00fck motosikleti (triport\u00f6r) denir <\/em>\u015feklinde tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <strong>En yal\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>, Motosiklet G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Vakf\u0131 (MSF) yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re <strong>motosiklet<\/strong>, <em>tek do\u011frultuda iki tekerli olan, bacaklar aras\u0131na al\u0131narak kullan\u0131lan, gidon ile kontrol edilen, \u00fc\u00e7 tekerlekli gibi farkl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitleri olabilen ta\u015f\u0131tlard\u0131r<\/em>. Bisikleti \u201cgeli\u015fmi\u015f fonksiyonlar ta\u015f\u0131yan hale getirme\u201d fikriyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan motosikletin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki \u00f6rneklerinin ilkini XIX.YY (1845)\u2019da, Daimler bisiklete i\u00e7ten yanmal\u0131 bir motor ekleyerek yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 motosiklet \u00fcretimi, XX.YY (1903)\u2019den itibaren yapmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f; \u00f6zellikle I. ve II. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131ndan \u00e7ok etkilenmi\u015ftir. D\u00fcnya sava\u015flar\u0131 sonras\u0131nda sava\u015flardan bunalanlar \u201cgezi, d\u00fcnyay\u0131 gezme\u201d amac\u0131yla motosiklet, kullanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, sonra geli\u015ferek g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar gelmi\u015ftir. <strong>Motosiklet \u00e7e\u015fitleri<\/strong>, kullan\u0131m amac\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftik\u00e7e, \u00f6zellikleri ve \u00e7e\u015fitleri de\u011fi\u015fse de genelde; <em>cadde motosikletleri<\/em>, <em>\u00e7ift ama\u00e7l\u0131 motosikletler<\/em> ile <em>yol d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kullan\u0131m motosikletleri<\/em> olmak \u00fczere 3\u2019e ayr\u0131l\u0131r. Konumuzu ilgilenenler, caddelerde kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere tasarlanan <em>cadde <\/em>motosikletleridir. <em>Cadde motosikletleri<\/em>; \u201cStandart motosikletler\u201d, \u201cSpor Motosikletleri\u201d, \u201cCruiser (selesi al\u00e7ak, tekerlekler aras\u0131 uzun olan motosiklet)\u201d, \u201cTouring (konforlu s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015fler i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f, b\u00fcy\u00fck motor, ekstra bagaj kapasitesi ve b\u00fcy\u00fck r\u00fczg\u00e2r \u00f6nleyicileri olan motosikletler)\u201d ve \u201cScooter\u201dlard\u0131r.<strong> Yol d\u0131\u015f\u0131 motosikletler<\/strong> kullan\u0131m yerlerine g\u00f6re 3\u2019e ayr\u0131l\u0131r. <strong><em>Enduro<\/em><\/strong> (uzun yol i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f olanlar), <strong><em>Motocross<\/em><\/strong> (bozuk zeminlerde atlamak-z\u0131plamak i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck tekerlekli tek ki\u015filik motosiklet) ve <strong><em>Trials<\/em><\/strong> (D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck h\u0131zda, engelleri a\u015fmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan) motosikletlerdir. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00dclkemizde<\/strong> M, B1, A1 (16\u2019\u015far ya\u015f), A2(18 ya\u015f), A(20 ya\u015f); \u015feklinde s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lan motosikletlerin <strong><em>s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgeleri<\/em><\/strong>ni almak i\u00e7in adaylar; \u00f6nce teorik(50 sorunun 35\u2019ini bilmek), sonra direksiyon (kapal\u0131 alan ve trafik i\u00e7inde) s\u0131nav\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015farmak durumundad\u0131r. \u201cdireksiyon s\u0131nav\u0131na haz\u0131rlanan birka\u00e7 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc aday\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcm. Bunlardan T\u0131p Fak.1.s\u0131n\u0131f, 18 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki erkek \u00f6\u011frenci s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc aday\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede, <em>adrenalin<\/em> i\u00e7in <em>A2 belgesi almak istedi\u011fini<\/em>, <em>toplum sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ki\u015filere olumsuz etkisiyle<\/em> motosiklet kazalar\u0131n\u0131n meydana geldi\u011fini bildirmesi; bende, <em>g\u00fcvenli s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f\u00fc pek \u00f6nemsemeden <\/em>kurs ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kan\u0131s\u0131 uyand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi; \u201c<em>h\u0131z, kural ihlali\u201d<\/em> yapman\u0131n ip u\u00e7unu da vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Motosiklet di\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131tlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda<\/strong>, \u00fclkemizde oldu\u011fu kadar, d\u00fcnyadaki bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede de; motosikletlerin, di\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131tlardan daha \u00e7ok risk bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, <strong>Malezya<\/strong>\u2019daki motosiklet kazalar\u0131, &nbsp;di\u011fer ara\u00e7 kazalar\u0131ndan \u00fc\u00e7 kat fazlad\u0131r. <strong>Brezilyada<\/strong> d\u00f6rt tekerli ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n kazalar\u0131na oranla 26 kat daha fazla \u00f6l\u00fcm riski ta\u015f\u0131rken, 20 kattan fazla da yaralanma riski ta\u015f\u0131r. \u00d6l\u00fcml\u00fc kazalar\u0131n da \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (%83). Bu nedenle Brezilya hastanelerine 2000-2005, (5) y\u0131ll\u0131k yat\u0131\u015f y\u00fcksektir (% 80). <strong>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc<\/strong>\u2019ne g\u00f6re orta ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck gelirli \u00fclkelerde, yaralanmal\u0131 kazalar\u0131n %50\u2019den fazlas\u0131n\u0131 motosiklet kazalar\u0131 olu\u015fturur. K\u00fcresel olarak %28 olan motosiklet kazalar\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve orta gelirli \u00fclkelerde olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksektir (%90). <strong>Malezya<\/strong>&#8216;da motosiklet\u00e7iler karayolu trafik kazalar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k % 40&#8217;\u0131n\u0131 i\u015flerken, \u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc kazalar\u0131n da % 60\u2019\u0131n\u0131 i\u015flerler. <strong>Singapur<\/strong> ile <strong>Pakistan<\/strong>\u2019daki motosiklet kazalar\u0131, bu sonu\u00e7larla benzerlik g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trafik kazalar\u0131, bir anda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir ve v\u00fccut \u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc deforme olur. Deforme v\u00fccudun k\u00f6t\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc, toplum belle\u011finde kal\u0131c\u0131 etki b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan; trafik kazalar\u0131, <strong>hay\u0131fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm<\/strong> (k\u00f6t\u00fc \u00f6l\u00fcm) olarak an\u0131l\u0131r. Motosiklet kazalar\u0131 da do\u011fal olmayan, bir anda olan ani \u00f6l\u00fcmler oldu\u011fundan hay\u0131fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmlerdir. Ani \u00f6l\u00fcmler, serzeni\u015fte bulunmaya yol a\u00e7ar. Motosiklet kazalar\u0131nda v\u00fccut, di\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131t kazalardan daha \u00e7ok deforme olur. Bunun i\u00e7in ki\u015filer \u00e7ok serzeni\u015fte bulunsa da kimse bu hay\u0131fl\u0131 kazalardan gereken dersi \u00e7\u0131karmaz. \u00d6nemli toplum sorunu halini alm\u0131\u015f motosiklet kazalar\u0131, toplumbilimiyle kapsaml\u0131, ku\u015fat\u0131c\u0131 bir \u015fekilde incelenmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bulgular<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bulgular alanyaz\u0131nlar, trafik payda\u015f\u0131 kurumlar, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ile medyada yer alm\u0131\u015f motosiklet kazalar\u0131 verilerden olu\u015fur. Trafik payda\u015flar\u0131 kamusal ve kamu d\u0131\u015f\u0131 (sivil) olmak iki gruptad\u0131r. Kamusal trafik payda\u015flar\u0131 Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile Jandarma Genel Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Trafik Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131, Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu (T\u00dc\u0130K)\u2019dur. Ayr\u0131ca \u0130\u00e7 \u0130\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 Yerlikaya\u2019n\u0131n trafik ile ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131 da burada d\u00e2hil edebiliriz. Bunlar bulgular\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur. Di\u011fer k\u0131sm\u0131 kamusal alan d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki trafik sivil toplum kurulu\u015f (STK\/NGO) payda\u015flar\u0131 olan; T\u00fcrkiye Trafik Kazalar\u0131n\u0131 Yard\u0131m Vakf\u0131, Motosiklet S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleri Federasyonu, Motonet<em> <\/em>ve Karayolu Trafik ve Yol G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Derne\u011fi (KTYGD) ile Yaz\u0131l\u0131 (Ger\u00e7ek Fethiye Gazetesi) ve Sosyal Medya\u2019n\u0131n motosiklet kazas\u0131 verileridir. Motosiklet s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleriyle yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fum y\u00fcz y\u00fcze g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerden sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m veriler bulgular\u0131n bir di\u011fer k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur. Bulgular\u0131 bu \u00fc\u00e7 farkl\u0131 kaynaktan sa\u011flananlar olu\u015fturur. Bunlara g\u00f6re;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motosiklet kazas\u0131yla ilgili alanyaz\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funda, kazada erkek s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler kusurludur (%87,7). Kazalar\u0131n v\u00fccuttaki kaza yeri lokalizasyonda, <strong>Malezya, Singapur, Nijerya, Ukrayna <\/strong>ve<strong> Pakistan\u2019da<\/strong> oldu\u011fu gibi (%66), \u00fclkemizde de alt ve \u00fcst ekstremite yaralanmalar\u0131 (bacak\/kaval (tibia, fibula), ayak kemikleri ile kal\u00e7a, uyluk kemikleri ile \u00f6n kol (Radius), pazu (Humerus) ve el tarak kemikleri) ilk s\u0131radad\u0131r (%48,1). Bunu; ba\u015f, boyun b\u00f6lgesi yaralanmalar\u0131 izler (%40,3). \u00dclkelere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, motosiklet kazas\u0131yla ekstremitelerinden yaralanan <strong>\u0130talya<\/strong>n gen\u00e7 motosiklet s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinin \u00e7o\u011fu, y\u0131lda 4-5 kez acil servise ba\u015fvurur. Ba\u015f, boyun yaralanmalar\u0131, genellikle \u00f6l\u00fcmle sonu\u00e7lanan ciddi sonu\u00e7lara yol a\u00e7ar. Her \u00fclkede de motosikletlerin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla ba\u015f\u0131ndan yaralanma, \u00e7o\u011fu kez \u00f6l\u00fcmle sonu\u00e7lan\u0131r. Bu oran <strong>Gana<\/strong>\u2019da (% 71.4). <strong>Tayvan<\/strong>\u2019da (%84)\u2019d\u00fcr. <strong>ABD<\/strong>\u2019de 33, California\u2019da 1 y\u0131ll\u0131k ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda; kask t\u00fcr\u00fc ile yaralanma ili\u015fkisine dikkat \u00e7ekilmi\u015f, \u201cg\u00fcvenli malzemeyle iyi tasar\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u201d kasklar\u0131n baz\u0131 tiplerinin boyun yaralanmas\u0131 ile g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe olumsuz etkisi, <strong>Kambo\u00e7ya<\/strong> \u00f6rne\u011fi ile desteklense de t\u00fcm y\u00fcz\u00fc korudu\u011fu, \u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc kazalar\u0131 azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilmi\u015ftir. Ancak k<em>ask kabu\u011funun yan taraf\u0131nda <\/em>daha \u00e7ok hasar meydana geldi\u011fi(%53,2); kaza yaralanma ile atlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015fa, bunun da uzun s\u00fcreli ve y\u00fcksek maliyetli tedavi gerektirdi\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir. <strong>Hindistan<\/strong>, <strong>Gana,<\/strong><strong> Malezya, Singapur, Pakistan<\/strong> ve <strong>\u0130sve\u00e7<\/strong>\u2019deki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda, e\u011fitimsiz 16-30 ya\u015f (%41), gen\u00e7lerin <em>koruyucu kask kullanmama ve riskli davran\u0131\u015flarda bulunmaya yatk\u0131n olduklar\u0131, <\/em><strong>\u0130talya Karayolu G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Sigorta Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong> de<em> yeti\u015fkinlere g\u00f6re gen\u00e7lerin<\/em> <em>\u00fc\u00e7 kat daha fazla kaza risklerinin bulundu\u011fu <\/em>belirtilmi\u015ftir. &nbsp;<strong>ABD<\/strong>\u2019nin Alt Ekstremite De\u011ferlendirme Projesi\u2019ne g\u00f6re <em>kaza s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ya\u015ftaki art\u0131\u015fla azal\u0131r. <\/em><strong>\u0130talya&#8217;<\/strong>daki trafik kazalar\u0131nda birinci \u00f6l\u00fcm nedenidir 30 ya\u015f alt\u0131nda olmad\u0131r. Bu kazalar\u0131n % 67&#8217;si, motosiklet kullanan ergenlerce i\u015flenir. Bu oran <strong>Yunanistan<\/strong>\u2019da biraz daha y\u00fcksektir. Motosiklet kazalar\u0131 <em>deneyimsizlik, alkol, uyu\u015fturucu kullan\u0131m\u0131, yorgunluk, dikkatsizlik, acelecilik<\/em> gibi nedenlerle gen\u00e7 erkeklerce daha \u00e7ok i\u015flenir. Antalya, Bursa ve Hatay\u2019da yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda, otomobil sonras\u0131 en \u00e7ok kazay\u0131 motosiklet i\u015fler.
